Shipping Information

Shipping Carriers & Transit Times
Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

-Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

-International: approximately 1–3 weeks

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at dermebodycare@gmail.com

-Before Shipping: We can update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

-After Shipping: Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can either refund your order or reship it if you cover the additional shipping cost.

If a shipping address is invalid when we attempt delivery, we will contact you for an updated address. Orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours if we do not receive a response.
